Where can I find the exact sequences recognised by SALSA MLPA probes?

in Product Information

The complete target sequences of all probes in a probemix can be found in an Excel file titled Probe sequences under the heading downloads on the product page of each probemix. In addition, the GenBank sequence used and the 24 nucleotides adjacent to the ligation site of the target sequence are often described in the probemix-specific product description.

Please note that any information on SNPs/splice variants present in the target sequences of the SALSA MLPA probes that you find is greatly appreciated. Such information can be sent to us by creating a new ticket.
